While some sources announce that the toll of the Israeli Occupation Forces Rainbow Operation is reaching 45 deaths, the UN Security Council has voted by 14-0 (the United States abstained!!) a Resolution demanding Israel immediately to cease its operations in and around Rafah, and the Israeli trrops to withdraw from Palestinian cities towards return to the positions held prior to September 2000. It also decided to remain seized on the matter.
