Brief narrative |
The Israeli high court approved on Sunday a resolution for seizing more than 30 dunums in east Jerusalem in the camp of Sho`fat to erect an Israeli military checkpoint, official Palestinian sources said. According to the sources, the resolution will cause the demolition of more than 30 shops and warehouses in the camp and around 45.000 Palestinian citizens will be isolated from the city of Jerusalem. Hatem Abd El-Kader, one of the Palestinian PM`s advisor, considered the Israeli decision of confiscating 30 dunums as a crime against the Palestinian people.
