commander Amanullah confiscated hundreds acres of agricultural and residential land in Aliabad district of Kunduz province. He added the attorney office received ten complaints about land confiscation so far. Khaliqyar said the commander should hand over the land to the owners and also should be punished according to the law. This was the first action of the attorney after his appointment two months back. On his appointment he told a press conference that over 9000 acres land has been confiscated by powerful men and commanders in various districts of Kunduz province. He said the confiscators will be searched and their names will be exposed to public
